- How quickly will I get access after payment?
- Access is provided within seconds via a secure Google Drive link to your course folder.
- I can’t find my course after payment. What should I do?
- Ensure you’re logged in with the same email used for purchase. If needed, contact us with your order number.
- What if the delivery link is missing or not working?
- Contact Bright Skills Up support with your order number and course name; we’ll restore access or re-send the link.
- Are the course materials downloadable?
- Yes, the course content is provided in a Google Drive folder with downloadable PDFs and resources.
- Do I have lifetime access to the course?
- Yes. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the delivered content.
- Can I access multiple courses with one purchase?
- Each course purchase provides access to its own Drive folder. Access them from your Bright Skills Up account.
- I’m having trouble logging into my Bright Skills Up account.
- Use the “Forgot password” option on the login page. If you still can’t access, contact us.
- I completed a course module. Will I still have access to previous modules?
- Yes, all delivered content remains accessible for lifetime access.
- Can I share my course access with friends?
- No. Access is tied to your Bright Skills Up account and delivery links.
