FAQ – Access and Delivery (Bright Skills Up)

  1. How quickly will I get access after payment?
  • Access is provided within seconds via a secure Google Drive link to your course folder.
  1. I can’t find my course after payment. What should I do?
  • Ensure you’re logged in with the same email used for purchase. If needed, contact us with your order number.
  1. What if the delivery link is missing or not working?
  • Contact Bright Skills Up support with your order number and course name; we’ll restore access or re-send the link.
  1. Are the course materials downloadable?
  • Yes, the course content is provided in a Google Drive folder with downloadable PDFs and resources.
  1. Do I have lifetime access to the course?
  • Yes. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the delivered content.
  1. Can I access multiple courses with one purchase?
  • Each course purchase provides access to its own Drive folder. Access them from your Bright Skills Up account.
  1. I’m having trouble logging into my Bright Skills Up account.
  • Use the “Forgot password” option on the login page. If you still can’t access, contact us.
  1. I completed a course module. Will I still have access to previous modules?
  • Yes, all delivered content remains accessible for lifetime access.
  1. Can I share my course access with friends?
  • No. Access is tied to your Bright Skills Up account and delivery links.
