Applies to digital courses purchased on Bright Skills Up.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for digital courses delivered as described in this policy. Once payment is completed, access to the course is granted immediately or within seconds via a secure link.
Access and Delivery
Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, customers receive a secure link to a Google Drive folder containing all course materials.
Structure: The Google Drive folder is organized by course chapters and includes practice PDFs and related resources.
Delivery Time: Access is provided instantly or within seconds of payment confirmation.
Access Maintenance
Lifetime Access: Purchased courses grant lifetime access to the delivered content.
Changes to Access
If any access link becomes unavailable due to external factors, support will assist to restore access, but refunds will not be issued.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Any case where access has been granted and the policy states no refunds.
Content delivered and accessed in full remotely via Google Drive.
Store Credit/Vouchers
Not applicable under this policy for digital course delivery as described.
